1- Avocados contain essential amino acids

Avocados are not extremely rich in protein, but avocadoes contain complete proteins consisting of essential amino acids. These amino acids build our tissues, hormones, and antibodies to ward off diseases.

Avocadoes contain carotenes (a plant pigment which contains vitamin A) similar to those found in carrots. Everyone knows that carrots are very good for your eyes right? This means avocadoes contain powerful antioxidants that improve our eye vision.
